"We concern our environment, worry about its sustainability. Meanwhile, we cannot ignore the unpreventable population growth and increasing food demand. What we can do is to boost our systems, make it more effective and efficient.

My major research interest is in the Green Revolution 2.0, which migrate the conventional farming practice towards sustainability. Integrate agriculture with information technology to do it precisely is an important direction.

This mushroom project reduces waste and creates new food with low food mileage, encouraged resource reclaiming and cycling in our urban system. It certainly will increase the sustainability and resilience of our city."
