In a mix of common oyster, phoenix oyster and golden oyster. This mushroom powder retained the freshly taste and nutrition value as the dried mushroom. Usage Example:
-Mushroom tea
Add a teaspoon of the powder to a cup of freshly boiled water for 5 mins.
-Cooking
Add it with the gravy or soup during cooking to enhance favour.
-Rice
Mix it in the water with raw rice before cooking.
-Mushroom Bread
Mix it with other seasoning before baking.
